We are truly delighted that you have chosen to visit LiveOffshore where you will find very important information for the expatriate, business and holiday travelers, and for those who love liberty.
We assume you understand what LiveOffshore is about.
We are concerned that economic, political, and religious liberties are rapidly being eroded by Governments all over the World - whatever their political color may be. The Western nation states are financially, politically, and morally bankrupt, as most recently shown by the financial crisis in the United States and Europe. Mercifully, the information revolution is beginning to transform the financial and political landscape. Increasingly, economic and political autonomy will begin to flow to the sovereign individual.
The information that we offer goes a long way to protect and preserve that autonomy.
We are building a resource for those lovers of liberty and limited government who wish to restart their lives overseas. LiveOffshore has recently launched a forum site for expatriates to talk, tell about experiences, and ask for advice. Check out LiveOffshore's Online Community. On these pages you will find information about international travel, expatriate resources, overseas employment, tax havens, overseas education, international living, banking, tax competition, the gold economy, overseas real estate, moving overseas, embassies, and a lot more.
We are looking for contributors. Please feel free to create an account and drop us a-line. We would be delighted to hear from you. If you have a site that you might think would be beneficial to us, please let us know. If you would like to contribute an article or e-book, please contact us. And while you are here please check out our bookstore . |

A thorough new study of 30 nations from the Institut Constant de Rebecque in Switzerland reveals serious shortcomings in America’s tax system.
The report, entitled “Tax burden and individual rights in the OECD: An International Comparison,” creates a Tax Oppression Index based on three key variables: the overall tax burden, public governance, and taxpayer rights. The good news is that the United States has a comparatively low aggregate tax burden, though America’s score on this measure would be much better in the absence of a punitively high corporate tax rate. Microsoft Corp. Chief Executive Officer Steven Ballmer said the world’s largest software company would move some employees offshore if Congress enacts President Barack Obama’s plans to impose higher taxes on U.S. companies’ foreign profits.
“It makes U.S. jobs more expensive,” Ballmer said in an interview. “We’re better off taking lots of people and moving them out of the U.S. as opposed to keeping them inside the U.S.” Continue Reading >> |

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.
True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists. Continue Reading >> |
